  • 12/02/05: Sigh. We wrote NPR about Dean Gray Tuesday two days ago. Today they aired this story on how DJs are now using something called "digital music" instead of vinyl... Apparently, you can take all of your music and encode it into a digital form that will actually fit on your laptop instead of lugging vinyl records around. We don't know if this new, strange and exciting technology is called ""MP3", "WMA" or even "WAV", but cheers to them for highlighting a new incarnation of DJ mix software based on technology that surfaced over six years ago. Features DJ Kaboom and Architect from Baltimore.
